    Choose your design

    Pick from the collection below, in any of our stores or right here. Change any detail you like.

  2. 02

    Get measured

    Ten measurements, taken in store or at home with our guide. They set your size and guide the alterations.

  3. 03

    Made by hand

    Made in the standard size closest to your measurements, the crystals and trim set by hand. Allow at least one month, plus shipping.

  4. 04

    Altered to fit

    It comes in a standard size. Basic alterations are included in our stores, or you can take it to a tailor near you.

Order early. Every design takes a minimum of one month to make, plus shipping time. Count back from your prom date, and leave time for alterations.

Every design is made to order, and the crystals, rope and embroidery are set by hand.

Each one is custom, so any part of it can change: the cloth, the lapel, the color of the crystals, the trim.

No two come out exactly alike. We vary the details slightly on purpose, so no two students wear the same suit on prom night.

Every design, including the rope and crystal pieces, comes in a standard size chosen from your measurements. We use the same measurements for the alterations: basic alterations are included in our stores, or you can take it to a tailor near you. Take them in store with us, or at home with the guide below.

Before you start

  • Use a soft tape measure and ask someone to help you.
  • Stand straight and relaxed, in a fitted shirt and trousers, no jacket.
  • Keep the tape snug, not tight. Round to the nearest quarter inch.
  • Wear the shoes you'll wear to prom for the length measurements.

Jacket & vest

Around the fullest part of the chest, under the arms, arms relaxed.

Around the fullest part of the stomach, usually at the navel.

Across the back, from the edge of one shoulder bone to the other.

From the shoulder edge down to the wrist bone, arm relaxed at the side.

Trousers

Around the natural waist, where you wear your trousers.

Around the fullest part of the seat, feet together.

Around the fullest part of the upper thigh.

From the crotch down the inside of the leg to where the hem should sit, in the shoes you will wear.

Fit & posture

05 Payment

Nothing is charged here. We call you to confirm the details, then send an invoice for the amount you choose. Your order is placed once the invoice is paid.

Student Privilege (10% off) or our early bird offer (15% off in January and February) comes off your invoice. The two cannot be combined.

A Mr Suits representative will call you within 24 hours to confirm your design, measurements and timing, then send you an invoice to confirm the order. Nothing is made before then. We only use your details for this order, as our privacy policy explains.
