This website gives information about Mr Suits and our ready-to-wear, made-to-measure and alteration services. You cannot buy products on this website. All purchases happen in our stores.

2. Information, photos and availability

We work to keep the information on this website accurate, but it may contain errors or become out of date. Stock, styles, colors and sizes in store change with the season.

The photos and videos on this website illustrate our style and our services. They are not photos of specific items for sale, and the cloth, colors and details of what you buy may differ.

3. Prices

Prices on this website are in US dollars and are a guide. They may change without notice. The price that applies is the one we confirm with you in store before you buy or before work begins. Alteration services are paid in advance, and expedited alterations are subject to an additional fee.

4. Appointments

An appointment request sent through this website is not confirmed until we reply to confirm it. Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours and are seen as soon as a member of our team is free. If you cannot make a confirmed appointment, please let us know.

5. Purchases, returns and alterations

Purchases are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Altered and tailored garments, including made-to-measure garments, are final sale.

6. Our content

The Mr Suits name, logo, monogram, text, photos, videos and design of this website belong to Mr Suits or to those who license them to us. You may view and share pages for personal use. You may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Using this website

Please do not misuse this website, for example by trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with how it works or using it for anything unlawful.

This website is provided “as is”. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, Mr Suits is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. These terms are governed by the laws of the state where the Mr Suits store you dealt with is located: Pennsylvania for our King of Prussia and Willow Grove stores, and New Jersey for our Lawrenceville store.
