Visiting
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome any time we are open. If you would like a tailor set aside for you, book a fitting and your store will confirm the time.
Where are your stores, and when are you open?
We have three stores: at King of Prussia Mall and Willow Grove Park in Pennsylvania, and at Quakerbridge Mall in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. See hours and directions for each store. Hours may change on holidays.
Do I need to bring anything to a fitting?
No. We sell shirts and shoes too.
Where do I park?
All three stores are in malls. At King of Prussia Mall, park near Primark. At Willow Grove Park, park near Bloomingdale’s. At Quakerbridge Mall, park near The Cheesecake Factory.
Made to Measure
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. A made-to-measure consultation is 15 minutes with our tailor to talk through cloth, cut and details, at no charge. Book a consultation.
How long does a made-to-measure suit take?
About four weeks. You can follow each step in Track Your Order.
How do I track my order?
Every made-to-measure order gets an order code. Sign in at Track Your Order with your name and your code to see each step, from measured to ready for pickup.
Weddings
How early should the wedding party come in?
Two to three months before the wedding. That leaves time for alterations and a final fitting.
Do the groomsmen have to go to the same store?
No. Each man can go to whichever of our three stores is nearest him.
Do you rent suits or tuxedos?
No. Every suit and tuxedo is bought, not rented, and altered to fit by our tailor.
Is there a wedding party offer?
Yes: 15 to 20% off for every man in the party. Your store confirms your party’s offer at the first fitting. Register your wedding.
Will every suit in the party match exactly?
We match shades as closely as possible. Different fabrics take color differently, so a shade may not be exactly the same from one fabric to another.
Prom
Can I design my own prom tux?
Yes. Design it in the Prom Tux Builder: the jacket, lapel color, bow tie, shirt and patches. Then book a fitting and bring your look with you.
Tailoring
How much do alterations cost?
Every alteration is priced at your fitting, once our tailor has pinned it on you. All tailoring is paid in advance.
How long do alterations take?
Usually one to two weeks, depending on the season. Expedited tailoring is available for an additional fee.
Do you alter clothes bought somewhere else?
Yes. Clothes bought from Mr Suits get priority.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Exchanges or refunds within 21 days of purchase, for items that are unworn, with all original tags and your receipt. Read the full policy.
What is final sale?
Sale items, accessories, and anything altered or tailored, including made-to-measure garments. Layaway and invoice deposits are non-refundable.
